How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Delivery may vary and take 5-8 days to ship and deliver. Tracking numbers provided as soon as possible. If you are still unsure if you will be available to receive your package, simply email us. We will be happy to assist you.

I ordered more than 2 items, but only received one… where is the rest of my order?

When you order multiple items at once, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all your items at once…they’re just on their way.

Return and Refund

We give you 7 days to return the product for any reason. We accept all merchandise in new condition, with original box and receipt, to be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 days. All our products are covered by a 30-day exchange warranty if the product is damaged or no longer works. To proceed with a return, please contact our team for more information as cases may vary.
Return Fee: Please note that the return fee is the customer’s responsibility no matter the reason. Because we have already covered the shipping fee when we sent the product to you with free shipping.

I received a wrong or defective product

If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please contact us and send us your order number and tell us how we went wrong. We will take responsibility and cover all the costs of delivering the correct product. We are human and sometimes make mistakes. We will make sure to correct the problem as soon as possible!

How long will it take for me to receive my refund?

If you purchased with a credit card, you will receive your refund within 2-5 business days from the processing date. However, depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days for your funds to reflect on your statement. A cash on delivery refund request can only be processed via bank transfer, and it should take 3-5 business days from the processing date.
